October in the Myrtle Beach area is perfect – warm, sunny days and refreshing, clear nights! After the tour, buyers had the chance to meet with lender and attorney representatives to discuss their closing arrangements. They ended their day visiting with new neighbors at the developer’s lavish cocktail party.
