October in the Myrtle Beach area is perfect – warm, sunny days and refreshing, clear nights! To take advantage of it, the North Beach Towers developer offered Indigo and Jasmine Tower buyers their choice of "October Fest" weekends to tour construction progress on their new home. All who came "fell in love" all over again!
Hard-hat-clad purchasers walked the interior corridors to locate their unit and check out the incredible views they’re going to enjoy, inspected three elegantly furnished models to gain ideas for their own furnishings and accessories, and examined progress on the oceanfront amenities and the restaurant located on the resort’s upper bridge.
They also had the opportunity to visit North Beach Plantation House – the community’s welcome center – and see the progress on the spa and fitness center.
After the tour, buyers had the chance to meet with lender and attorney representatives to discuss their closing arrangements. They ended their day visiting with new neighbors at the developer’s lavish cocktail party.
With only a few months to go before the scheduled January 2009 opening, the site now seems busier than ever with multiple crews working on all the finishing details. As each new photo proves, North Beach Towers is going to be a special place at the beach!
